Abbey Medical Centre
Our Founder Ryan came from Abbey Medical Centre as a Business Practice manager and a partner, he introduced and developed more modern, technology lead solutions to Legacy processes.
Kenilworth + Warwick PCN
Ryan oversees key operational, financial, and leadership functions within the network and is responsible for delivering and monitoring commissioned projects and services, ensuring strong financial management, regulatory compliance, and effective resourcing. He also supports strategic transformation and change management across member practices.
Chase Meadow Health Centre
Ryan is currently active in Chase Meadow as the Business manager supporting operations closely with the practice manager and partners.
Current Work
We are currently working with Apollo PCN, serving the 5 Practices within the PCN, RJS Care has offered CQC Audits and prep, Website Audit and corrective work, Policy Creation, amongst other work. We are also starting to do work with Beech Tree Medical Centre which is located in Rugby.
Hazelwood GP
RJS Care has supported Hazelwood GP to conduct a review of equipment, review of CQC preparedness, which was then put into practice with an Inspection which resulted in a Good rating.
We are still working with the practice on several other projects.
Hartshill
Hartshill have been supported with Audit's and checklists to help provide administration support, we have had a focus on CQC Preparedness, which has been put to practice with a CQC Inspection announced.
We will continue to work with them on several projects.
Woodlands
Working with Woodlands Surgery, RJS Care is providing advice and assistance with Website Content and CQC Preparedness aswell as private services the practice could adopt.
